Exercise: Swim

Time: 1 hour

Distance: laps

Old man in the speedo lapped me several times today. I don't want to talk about it.

Exercise: Bike

Time: 1 hour

Distance: 15 miles

I felt good today (which makes sense because I haven't exercised in two days), and keeping my pace was fairly easy for an hour. I don't know if I'll be able to keep the same pace for 7+ hours, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. One bite at a time...

Day 77

Exercise: Run

Time: 1 hour 40 minutes

Distance: 10 miles

Longest run I've done so far. Super painful. However, I feel super accomplished right now and that feeling makes the pain worth it...kind of.

I'll be laying down the rest of the day. 

Day 78


For those of you keeping score at home, I took way too many days off this week. I don't have any legitimate excuses for these extra off days either. I just didn't follow through on the workouts I had planned for this week. Simple as that. I'm finishing this week feeling pretty defeated because of the lack of discipline and effort I gave this week, but I get a fresh start tomorrow and I'm going to take advantage of it.
